As the founder and owner of Coastal Girls Co., she’s created a destination for effortless Palm Beach style, blending breezy sophistication with personalized service that keeps her clientele coming back season after season.

But behind the racks of luxury resort wear and sun-kissed staples is a mission far deeper than fashion. Together with her husband, Dr. David Feinerman, MD, DMD, a dual-degreed oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dionne co-founded Implanting Hope, a charitable initiative that offers life-changing oral surgeries to individuals who cannot afford care. “We wanted to use our gifts to restore not just smiles, but lives,” Dionne says. “David brings his skill, and I bring the heart—we’re a team in everything we do.”

Philanthropy became personal when, three years ago, their son was diagnosed with severe Ulcerative Colitis. Since then, Dionne has become a devoted supporter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, helping raise awareness, funding, and resources for families affected by this challenging disease. “As a mother, it’s the hardest thing to watch your child suffer,” she shares. “So, I put my energy into advocacy—into helping others navigate what we went through.”

Dionne is also a vocal advocate for Treasure Coast 211, a 24/7 suicide prevention and crisis helpline that offers immediate, lifesaving support to people in distress. “Mental health is just as important as physical health,” she says. “Sometimes, all someone needs is a voice on the other end of the line to feel seen and supported.”

Now, Dionne is preparing to expand her business with a new offering that reflects her signature touch. Beginning in Fall 2025, Coastal Girls Co. will offer at-home, by-appointment shopping experiences, bringing curated, high-end fashion directly to clients’ homes. With the help of her trusted team—who bring years of experience from New York and Chicago’s top fashion houses—Dionne is redefining luxury with warmth, ease, and exclusivity.

“It’s about making women feel confident, comfortable, and seen,” Dionne says. “We’re taking the Coastal Girls experience beyond the boutique—because style should meet you exactly where you are.”
