Refund Policy

All sales at Coastal Girls Co. are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchase, whether made online or in our boutique at 313 Worth Avenue, Palm Beach.

Exchanges and store credit

Coastal Girls Co. may, at its sole discretion, offer an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Approval is not guaranteed, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to contact us

For any question about your order, or to request an exchange or store credit, please email info@coastalgirlsco.com with your order number and a description of your request. Please do not send items back without written approval from our team; unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please email info@coastalgirlsco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will review your request and work with you on a resolution.
