Donna Kelly has been a licensed Cosmetologist in Florida and California for over 26 years. She has expertise that includes Television, Fashion, Print, Education, Bridal and Paramedical work. Her work as been mentioned in Allure Magazine for her efforts to teach local news station, WPTV, to airbrush their own makeup in order the meet the needs of high definition television.
